Beer Llama nesbírá žádné osobní údaje. Nemá účty, reklamy, analytiku ani nástroje třetích stran a autor nemá žádný server, kam by appka cokoli posílala.
Ukládají se v telefonu. Když máš zapnutý iCloud, synchronizují se přes tvou soukromou databázi v iCloudu (CloudKit) mezi tvými zařízeními se stejným Apple účtem. Tu databázi vidíš jen ty; autor appky do ní přístup nemá. Za iCloud odpovídá Apple podle svých zásad ochrany soukromí.
Jen když appku používáš a jen pokud to dovolíš. Telefon polohu porovná s podniky, které sis uložil, a přepne na menu toho, ve kterém jsi. To se děje jen v telefonu; poloha se kvůli tomu nikam neposílá a neukládá (uložená zůstane jen poloha podniku, který si přidáš).
Když v hledání podniku napíšeš název, appka pošle Map Apple jen napsaný text. Když ťukneš na „Jsem tady“, pošle Map Apple tvou aktuální přesnou polohu jako střed hledání podniků v okolí asi 150 metrů (appka k tomu vyžaduje přesnou polohu, přibližnou nepoužívá). Mapa při ručním přidání podniku je také z Map Apple. Platí pro to zásady ochrany soukromí Applu; autorovi appky se nic z toho nedostane.
Polohu můžeš kdykoli vypnout v Nastavení iOS; podnik pak vybereš ručně.
Počet na zamčené obrazovce a v Dynamic Islandu vykresluje telefon sám; jde vypnout v Nastavení appky. Povely pro Siri a Zkratky zpracovává Apple podle tvého nastavení Siri.
Nastavení → O aplikaci → Záznam akcí ukazuje posledních 200 akcí v tomto telefonu. Zůstává v telefonu; odejde jen tehdy, když ho sám nasdílíš tlačítkem „Sdílet“. Stejné akce se zapisují do systémového protokolu telefonu, který také nikam neodchází, pokud ho sám neodešleš (například Applu v rámci diagnostiky).
Pokud máš v Nastavení iOS zapnuté „Sdílet s vývojáři aplikací“, Apple autorovi předá anonymní hlášení o pádech a výkonu. Neobsahují tvoje čárky ani polohu.
Smaž appku z telefonu. Kopii v iCloudu smažeš v Nastavení iOS → tvoje jméno → iCloud → Spravovat úložiště → Beer Llama.

Beer Llama collects no personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or third-party tools, and the developer runs no server the app could send anything to.
They are stored on your phone. With iCloud on, they sync through your private iCloud database (CloudKit) across your devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Only you can see that database; the developer has no access to it. iCloud is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Only while you use the app, and only if you allow it. The phone compares your location with the pubs you saved and switches to the menu of the one you are in. This happens on the phone only; your location is not sent anywhere or stored for this (only the location of a pub you save is kept).
When you type a name in the pub search, the app sends Apple Maps only the text you typed. When you tap “I’m Here”, it sends Apple Maps your current precise location as the centre of a lookup of places within about 150 metres (the app requires Precise Location and never uses an approximate one). The map for adding a pub by hand also comes from Apple Maps. Apple's privacy policy applies to that; none of it reaches the developer.
You can turn location off in iOS Settings at any time and pick the pub yourself.
The count on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island is drawn by the phone itself; you can turn it off in the app's settings. Siri and Shortcuts requests are handled by Apple according to your Siri settings.
Settings → About → Action Log shows the last 200 actions on this phone. It stays on the phone and leaves it only if you share it yourself. The same actions go to the phone's system log, which also stays on the phone unless you send it yourself (for example to Apple as diagnostics).
If “Share With App Developers” is on in iOS Settings, Apple passes anonymous crash and performance reports to the developer. They contain none of your strokes or your location.
Delete the app. To delete the iCloud copy: iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage → Beer Llama.
